Problem/Ziel: Viele offene technische Aufgaben, aber kein einheitlicher DoD-Standard fuer Merge/Push-Qualitaet.

Umsetzungsschritte:

  1. CONTRIBUTING.md mit DoD-Checkliste (Tests, Security, Doku, Rollback-Hinweis) erstellen.
  2. PR-Template/Commit-Check auf DoD-Kriterien ausrichten.
  3. TESTING.md und Runbook darauf referenzieren.

Akzeptanzkriterien:

  • DoD ist im Repo dokumentiert.
  • Jede Aenderung kann gegen dieselben Kriterien geprueft werden.
  • Qualitaetsniveau ist transparent und reproduzierbar.
